Walltek Design Build, Inc. employees are factory trained to meet all the manufacturer's stringent requirements.  Our ongoing training program ensures that the utmost quality is maintained at all times.  Full-time safety inspection and training assures low insurance costs and a safe productive work site.  With pre-employment testing and training, Walltek is a drug-free workplace.  We conduct pre-employment drug testing to ensure strict compliance. 

Walltek educates new employees with extensive video training in conjunction with our comprehensive field personnel policy handbook and Walltek's Pocket Guide to Safety.  Video training includes important safety issues related to fall protection, hazard communication, material handling and hazard protection.

All Walltek employees are issued basic-related and job specific safety equipment as required.

Walltek insists on a constant pursuant of safety to ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance.  Most important is the safety of our work force, other trades and owner employees.  Periodic company meetings provide the forums for safety communication between management and all Walltek employees.  Routine job site visits to provide thorough onsite safety inspections are common place.
